Here are just a couple of examples of the many email campaigns I created for Cooks of Crocus Hill, a St. Paul based cooking retailer and culinary school. When I started at Cooks of Crocus Hill, there was no cohesiveness to their email designs. Typography, colors, photo treatments and layouts were all over the place. Emails were sent sporadically without data-backed strategy.
I created new templates in MailChimp, as well as graphics templates in Photoshop and Illustrator for elements that could be modified and reused to quickly create beautiful, brand-focused email marketing. I was able to increase email production from 2-3 emails a week to 5 – 7 strategically segmented emails per week, including planning, writing, designing, coding and testing — on top of a large plate of other design work.
